Absolute follows a nine day yoga retreat in Albir, Spain. After the activities of the day, Absolute was conceived during a series of solo late night meditations at the waters edge, connecting with the enigma of the ocean. Thoughts are like the waves emerging from an obscure expanse, rising and falling, one into the next. Endless. The constant rhythm of the waters breath lulls overthinking into peace. The crackling of the tide pulling away on the tiny pebbles excites the eardrums, balancing and grounding the soul.
